'68 L-78 Nova Basket Case, POP
Interesting description - I'd love to see the POP - but the powertrain description makes me wonder if anything is "born with"....
From the auction: "Car has correct casting date codes for engine, trans and rear. Vin number stamp correct for engine and transmission." Link to 1968 L-78 Nova eBay auction *Note: When you click on this link and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission from eBay. That’s worth it if the engine and trans are born with!

Appeares to have a ton of options on it (if originally delivered like that), buckets, console, all the gauges incl tach. Somebody dropped some big $$ when they ordered this one..

Might make a good project for a high school auto shop class if those still exist theses days. The big block would get the students excited.

No trim tag pic, no protecto plate pic, no heater core or radiator support pic, restamped block and the dash in the car is a non tac and gauge dash. I don't know that it isn't an L/78 but he didn't provide one thing that would back up his claim which would be a big red flag for me.
