Neat car, love the fender liners. I’d like to get a set of those for my red ‘67 convertible.

I think someone reproduced the Red Liners, but not sure of the quality and fit?

I have a nice OEM set with the factory hardware rat holed.
I removed this set from a ‘66 around 1980 in a wrecking yard.

Huh, this car has the very early design stainless rocker panel moulding without the lip screwed to the door sill ….. as it should have.

A later build showing the second design moulding.

I don't see a VIN referenced anywhere.

I do see an 09A body; looks like the 15th A body convertible through the body shop in Kansas City for the '67 model year.

Kurt, that's a bogus VIN. I know it's what was posted in the auction, but it's BS.

Very unique ‘67 and it’s unfortunate that the seller was not more transparent.

The silly VIN they posted along with the supposed Original engine that needed to be rebuilt but never posted photos of with dates and stamping (that I personally ask for) led many others to have doubt along with me.

Maybe they were fishing??

66cayne,

Pardon the interruption,
That’s why Bill called it bogus …… no such thing.

I also commented on the VIN in post #8. SILLY.
