Default Chevy P/N's Mr. 70

Can anyone identify the year an application for this bowtie hubcap p/n 3996139....it measures 10 1/2" across.

Rick will be able to give you all the applications but I sold a NOS set of 4 to a guy with a 71 chevelle who said they were original to his car and I also had a used set that came off a 70 Camaro which I am 95% positive they were original on the car.
