I can't believe they didn't ask you for your social security number and bank account # so they could verify your identity to claim the prize

I got a spam email supposedly from the IRS that I was entitled to an additional refund! I forwarded it to my mother-in-law who works for the IRS. Hopefully they can bust the people impersonating a government agency.
