The cable is about 80" long and had a threaded nut on only one end.

It's a service replacement for any 1969 Impala/Caprice/Belair/Biscayne with either the Heavy Duty manual 3spd.,OR Non Heavy Duty 4spd.It superseded the original assembly line cable #6477751,and was issued around 1974-5.
