Default posting a ".pdf" file

I do not have adobe professional and can only save and read pdf files, any way to post them or any site I can upload to for hosting? thanks

here's the answer.........to move text and images from Adobe.pdf , I copied to a word doc then copied into "MSpaint" saved as .bmp then I could upload.
