No, it was a 67/68 Camaro option, might have been a 69 Chevelle option. 69's had the ZL2 hood and cowl induction air cleaner. Big blocks with the SS hood would have come from the factory with an open element air cleaner. But if you wanted it, I'm sure a dealer would install it for you.
SS's couldn't be ordered with a DX1 stripe either, but since the car was originally Fathom green I guess that got added during the white repaint. |

Cause they already had the D90 hockey stick stripes.
The ordering info is very clear the DX1 is not compatible with Z28 or SS.
