Default another awesome paint job

This camaro belongs to a friend of mine. He has owned it for a bunch of years. he had this paint applied in the 70's here in Huntsville,ALA. It's black now and in need of another repaint. It is the M20, 327/275 hp car and still retains its original drivetrain (tranmission is out with a tooth ache right now). He told me the paint cost 1500 bucks back then and had a lot of flake in it that the pictures don't show.

The painters name is/was Danny Majors who lived in Huntsville but moved to California sometime after this paint job which was done in 1976.

Thats an Alabama car . It's a little more relaxed down here. Dad got cash back in the mail once from the courthouse when he paid too much for car tags...

Bruce, I know that area well, I have friends in that part of town and we used to fly u-control airplanes at Davis Hills on weekends. Dad was stationed at Redstone twice before retirement . 65-66 though..... Thats a little before my time
