Default The Garage Journal

Ed Montini (enio45) gave me this link. Spent a bit of time on here recently and felt it provides good info on all things garage/shop related including buildings, tools, tool chests, cabinets, lighting, lifts, floorings, etc. It is a simple sign-up procedure to get access to everything.

Thanks Ed!

P.S. Be advised there are some sick garages on the Garage Journal site !

I see that enio45 (Ed M.) posted this a few weeks back. He too thot you would enjoy this site. And now that I can once again post pix (thanks Bruce for helping me with my GrEmLiNs ), I want to show you some teaser pix because I think it is worth your time to check this site out. They really provide a lot of good ideas on so many things, garage-related. Attached below is a very well equipped garage from a true do-it-yourselfer. Let me know what you think of the site. Enjoy:

Sorry but that's not a garage. That's an operating room in a surgical ward. Real garages have grease and dirt on the floor.

I agree with Steve, garages where people are working on cars transition from a filty mess to almost clean then back to a mess. I love seeing clean workspaces, but can't imagine how they would mesh with my work habits. Maybe I need to clean up!

You find everything after you no longer need it.

Alright guys. What we have here is failure to communicate!

Now, let's get rid of all the negativism and see if there isn't something useful to get out of this website. Did you ever wonder what the best/least toxic/cheapest parts cleaner solvent was, or whether Craftsman lifetime warranty was going away, or the best tool chest, or the best lift, or the best flooring, or the best lighting, or.....

The shop above was just completed and therefore clean. I'll bet he knows how to get dirty just like the rest of us.
