Default Need help identifying this -

I'm getting some things together to put on E-bay and have found this - I know its from a '69 Camaro fact. a/c car - I think it's from the pass side - but what is it exactly??

That would be the A/C plenum valve. It controls air flow through the cowl plenum when the A/C is in use.
