Hard to imagine Eric. My sister is actually a programer for one of the air craft engine manufaturers and the brother in law a machine operator. Some of the brackets and stuff he made for his vett when he had it was unreal. He would never look to buy anything. If he need a pulley they made it.I got to tour the plant once it was something else.
Thanks for sharing

CNC's are pretty amazing nowadays. Programmed and ran a few different types in my day and even some that had spindle speeds of 60,000 rpm. Cut everything from carbon for EDM electrodes to hardened steel mold core/cavities. If you can dream it, you can cut it.

Wow. Sure puts my old bandsaw, grinder, and anvil to shame. I am stuck in the early 1900's.

We at the Port of Seattle often times unload those $$$$$ very large and very expensive crated machines that are too large to have been shipped in standard containers. They are then flatbed trucked to all points east in the U.S.......

Am I sick or am I the only one who'd take watching this machine do a number to a hunk of metal over ANY Paris Hilton video, no questions asked????

Come on springtime
