Default 1971 SS Camaro

I've learned a lot from the information provided on this site. I found a 71SS Camaro on ebay The listing # is 120074566271. Its been run several times over the past few months. It last ended a few weeks ago. Can anyone offer feedback about this car, it says its numbers matching with documentation from Canada. I've seen it in person and it seems to be a nice car and a good investment provided its been done right. Has it been pieced together I have no idea. How would I be sure its a good car before I attempt purchase. The car is listed at a high end car dealer in Dallas

It has the rare rubber bumper inserts on chrome bumpers, VF3? I know that I have never seen a car with one. Tag looks legit, GM of Canada paperwork is a plus. Should car have had air pump on exhaust manifolds?

Thanks for your response. If anyone else can offer feedback on this car I would be very happy. Seems like a lot of bad restorations out there. This one seems original or very close to it.

According to my book, only 1309 Camaro's had the VF3 Deluxe Front & Rear Bumper
