extra pancake batter
It was nice to stay home and cook pancakes for my teenage son who had no school today. As always, I mixed too much batter and dumped it all in the pan when we were done eating. The rest is documented in the video below. ENJOY !

We had pancakes today as well..Blueberry, choclate chip, banana, plain....love being able to spend time with the family in the morning on their days off.
