Default Nickey Chevrolet question...

I posted this thread in the Nickey Chevrolet section as well.

I am restoring a 1970 L78 Nova and have been told by the second owner that the car was originally ordered from Nickey Chevrolet. Where is/was Nickey Chevrolet located? The guy said the dealership he was referring to is located in Wheathing IL and, he thinks, is now called Basic Chevrolet. I know the name of the original owner so wondered if there are any archived files from Nickey around that might help me with my project and if anyone knows how to contact them. The guy I have talked to lives in Spring Grove IL, says the original owner still has all the original docs and he will check with him but you know how those claims go...

I can't read my own writing, it may be Wheeling IL where the dealership was located.

Nickey Chevrolet was located at 4501 W. Irving Park Rd. in Chicago. The current Chevrolet store in Wheeling, IL is Bill Stasek Chevrolet. I have heard the name of the Wheeling dealership back in the 60's, but can't think of it right now.

Basic is probably Stasek.
Wheathing is probably Wheeling.
It's probably Yarnall-Todd Chevrolet as Rob stated.
700 West Dundee rd. Zone 11 dealer 592.
It's Stasek Chevrolet today.

Thanks guys, will talk to the previous owner again for clarification. I will just assume that the communication breakdown is due to my being a southerner and him being a northerner
