Does anyone know of where I can get the brass sleeves and bearings to rebuild the manual steering box on my 1970 Chevelle?

Ricks first generation sells manual steering rebuild parts for 67-69. I am pretty sure they are the same steering box as chevelles. Check it out. Hope this helps.
