Default Flywheel for a 68 small block

Need the p/n experts out there, looking to put a 4spd on a dead stock 68 350/300 Nova engine that originally came with a PG. This is going in my 69 BB Nova for a mule motor, tired of pushing it. Question, I have a couple of flywheels with the following p/n's, wondering if either of the two will bolt right on the SB

3729004
3789738

I think one is from an old 70 Z28 project (11" clutch), maybe that will work.? Another question, will a 621 bellhousing bolt to a small block.? This doesn't have to be perfect, just needs to move the car. Thanks in advance for the vast knowledge out there SULLY

A 621 bell will bolt to a small block.
