Possible lift from the airport to SCR9???
I'll be flying in to St. Louis about 2:30pm Thurs to attend SCR9. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you from the board and seeing "tons" of great cars.
 Is anyone leaving the airport about that time who could give me a lift to the hotel? Thanks, Verne

Man, I wish I could meet you guys there, but alas, I have other obligations and will not be there. Verne, I would especially like to meet you (nothing against anyone else, just feel a kindred spirit there). I will definitely pencil in next year and make a point to be there.

Thank you very much Anders. Sounds like perfect timing. I can probably meet you at the Hertz counter while you're filling out paperwork. We'll PM each other with the details.
I'd also like to talk to you about a car I'm trying to trace that was owned by a guy in Sweden. He raced in the World Championship Series in '64 with some covert factory support from Chevrolet. I'll bring along some documents to show you. Bob, I guess I'll getting a lift to the drags Fri. morning with you..................unless I get lucky and find someone with more HORSEPOWER that wants to take me......   Verne

Verne, I get to St. Louis right around 2pm...if the plane is on time...If things don't work out with Anders (the cool dude that he is) I should be able to give you a lift

I´ll be away for a week now, but when I get back I´ll PM you my cellphone- and flightnumber. It doesn´t matter if you ride with me or Bruce, as long as you get to SCR9 safely.  It will be interesting to see the documents you are bringing. Take care
