Default Russo and Steele

Made it to R & S this p.m. for a little bit and took these shots. Had to take them in a hurry near closing time. Sorry for poor quality. Good crop of cars though. Enjoy.

White LS6. Dual Snorkel, console auto with 3.31. Nice resto. I don't see too many white LS6s - this looked good in white due to high quality resto. A few things wrong, but nothing that couldn't be undone.

Arlen Vanke's (of Akron) ride. Neat paint scheme. Looks even better in person. Nice knuckle dragger.

Nice tri-power 64 Goat Convertible. My engine and interior shots were (more) horrid!
Four speed too.

440 6 Pack Convertible from Bill W's collection. Slap stick. I am embarrassed to say that I only recently learned what is unique about the slap stick. You start in first and when you want to shift to second you just slap the shifter forward and it will only go to the next gear and no further. No missed shifts or shifting into neutral and over revving. Pretty neat idea. Never liked the look of a slap stick, but now have a better appreciation of it.

I believe this is the green/white/white LS6 convertible auto console that was on ebay recently. Very nice restoration. I was disappointed to see a very nice stamp on the block stamp pad that matched the VIN of the car. As I recall, this was advertised on ebay as a replaced block. Don't know why the correct stamping had to be placed on this block. It will only lead to confusion. Did I miss something on ebay?
