Default Power Brake Booster Identification

I know the 69 Camaro booster is #9206, but what car did #8519 originally come on? They look vitually identical.

The #8519 was used on the 1967-70 Pontiac Tempest w/Ft. Disc brakes.
Check the rod leading to the brake pedal for the year date.
