Default 68 Build sheets

Been having a discussion on TC about 68 Chevelle build sheets. This is what I've always called an interior build sheet. What would be the correct term(s) for this doc?
Also, has this particular doc been found in other Chevy's which have the full assembly line build sheet?
Also, has anyone seen or have their a 68 Chevelle full build sheet? I've never seen one. I assume they were trashed instead of being stuffed in the car somewhere.

I think that's a Fisher build sheet.
Broadcast sheets had broadcast codes on it, which this does not.

Thanks for the replys. Was just wondering what it "should" be called...
How about if we start calling it a"Fisher Body broadcast buildsheet".
It looks like a doc used only for building the body.
Mine shows:

1) 13837 (2 door coupe) so they knew which body they were building
2) bucket seats (A51), which they would need to know to weld in seat brackets.
3) black vinyl top (H2) needed to install studs for vinyl top trim.
4) console (D55) needed to weld in console brackets.
5) (M20) needed to know which hump to weld in. etc...
