The AC-15 rad. cap for the Z/28 is racking in about $200-$250. The Correct unit for the 1966 big block Corvettes is about $275-$350.

Unless you get a bidding war on eBay between two guys who both want to win. Then it's stupid-money time.

Exactly
I was bidding on a pair of NOS Outer tie rods the other day ...I dropped out when they crossed $300 for a pair... they sold for over $400. The inners went ofr the same and the idler arm went for $370. Basically $1,100 bucks for a half of a front end rebuild.

Hard to justify unless you have a high dollar car.

WOW...crazy stuff..the last set of NOS 69 door seals went for 2500...I watched the NOS hood insulation go for 3K...crossrams are..well who knows...wild times for us to be in..spose its all relative..I have to constantly remind myself when I have to pay up for a part these cars are not 10k all done any more so the parts have risen with them..

Thnx for the feedback guys, Bud.

Wanna watch prices? Let see how high this gets. Over 6 days left. The last one went for just over $1900.00.

Bud I would recommend you send your origninal cap to John Pirkle for restoration, Cost reasonable and final product is outstanding, He just rebuilt and replated my original!
Then you could install or E-bay it and see if the Fluke can be repeated??
