are Wagons a done deal??????

I have a line on '64 Chev wagon, and that's all I really know at this point, I cant come up with any cars for sale to get a idea of value, my little brother wants to buy it and flip it right away, any idea on what a solid and appears to be no rust and probably not running wagon is worth, it was last licensed in '96 so it may not be that hard to bring back, I think we are headed over on Sun to try and buy it, any ideas guys??? or any comparables???
