Default WANTED: Sun Water Temp.Sending Unit

I am looking for a Sun water temperature sending unit. It is for a "Blue Line" 2 5/8" gauge. I think the part number is WTS-500 and it's 1/2" tread. I attached a picture of the sending unit that I am looking for.

Good Luck GM 26. If you can even find one be prepared to spend $200.00-250.00 for it! I had the same exact gauge converted to an electrical gauge by this outfit and am very happy with the results.

The gauge will probably be more accurate and last longer IMO. At least you don't have to worry about that sender that you paid $250.00 for going out!

Hi, I called Williamson's Instrument Service and spoke with Ron. What a gentleman. He is one of the owners of the family business. Like you said, they can do the job. He will convert it to a mechanical temperature gauge. The exterior will not be changed at all. He guts the internals and installs his components. It looks like my "Blue Line" gauge is taking a trip to Arkansas! Thank you very much!
