Default Unusual looking mag wheel

I recently came across this picture of an early Mustang road racing over in England. The date of the race is September 1967. I know the picture does not give the greatest detail but it sure looks like an unusual type of wheel (on the back of the car) for that era. Has anybody here seen a wheel like it before and if so, do you know who the manufacturer was? Can't say that I like it, but still, I'm curious as to what it is.

Thanks,
-Jon

I assume you are talking about the rears...heck they look like something off an Escalade from the 'hood !

Since most of the natural light in that picture is coming from behind the car, I would venture to say that is a Photo Shop wheel.

JMO, of course!

OK, here's another unusual wheel I found on a Camaro and the picture was taken in 1967. Anyone know who the manufacturer was? I've never seen this style before.

-----Dont know what the wheel is but thats a nice Goodyear Bluestreak on it! Used to run them on the street back in the 60s/70s in Ft.Liquerdale. Just had to watch out for the rain clouds.........Bill S
