Center fuel gauge????

I was curious when the center fuel guage became available for the 1969 Camaro??? Was it available from the begining in production of the 69 model, or was it one of those options that appeared during the production year like the ZL2 hood, etc.?? Thanks, Mark

The earliest I have seen is in an 05D car. The earliest Yenko I have seen is 06A...BKH

So i take it you couldn't order a tach as a separate option without ordering the console and gauges prior to O5D?

Not sure what you're looking for, U16 was not available before May.

U16 is a tach isn't it? I understand it put the fuel meter in the center between the speedo and tach. Does this mean prior to May that you couldn't get a tach without center console and guages?
