Your best bet is to contact the DMV in your state, and any other state you suspect the car might have been registered.
I talked to a guy who sucessfully reunited an L72 motor he purchased with the COPO Chevelle it came from, that way. |

Your best bet is to try the Oklahoma DMV and hope they have the CA title on record. If they do, they'll give you a copy. Use the name on that title and do a search through the on-line telephone directories. If that doesn't work, there are a number of companies who will search for info if they have a name and state. Do a google search for "People Search" and a bunch will come up - usually they are affiliated with Bail Bonds for some reason??? If you get a name, let me know and I'll help - I've done this before with success ![]()
