Default 68 chevelle 138xxxx

I have been reading in this site and decided to log in. Looks like a cool site. I was wondering if I can find out where my car was originally sold. I have no paperwork( build sheet) but car is a true SS and heavely optioned compared to the one I had when I was younger. Auto T-400, air, roll tach, gauges, wood steering wheel, 4:10 posi, PS, am-fm factory radio ,consul. I was reading on this site about a MICB??? How do I go about it? . This car is rust free and very well kept. I was a Bodyman for years so I know it is not a hacked up mess. I am curious what part of the country it came from, or what dealership it was sold at. Also, i looked in the places I know about for build sheets. Under rear seat. Is there any other locations prevalent to a chevelle that I can look? Maybe it is still there. Thanks everyone.

You are referring to the NICB (Natl Insurance Crime Bureau). It is only accessible by law enforcement and insurance agencies that subscribe to it. They only have limited information since all of our classic cars are over 25 years old.
