Thanks everyone I thought they all did but I wasn't sure. I just bought 2 that were restored by Woodruffs and one had a vented front bowl and the other didn't when I mentioned this to Craig his answer was he has seen them both ways and that he only restored and rebuilt what was given to him. I guess he was just covering him and his buddy Mario's behind. Craig does nice work but don't expect him to own up to any mistakes and make good on them.

I sent Craig a 4346 with an incorrect non vented bowl. I notified him that I wanted a vented one and he converted it over. I believe all that is required is to drill a hole on the bowl top and mount the hinge plate for the vent rod. I found him very helpful, but I also told him exactly what I wanted done.
