We are not so sure.
I’ve consulted with my GTO experts and reviewed many Factory Original 66-67 GTO’s in my personal files and every Parchment interior regardless of exterior color has Black carpets and Black lower door panel carpets.

Plus I will add this to the 66-67 Parchment interior …..
As mentioned above, Black carpet. Black upper / lower dash. Black dash pad. Black steering column. Black steering wheel, if not the optional custom sport wheel. Black console base. Black kick panels.
