March 29’th - Vietnam War Veterans Day.
‘
Today, March 29’th is Vietnam War Veterans Day. Too many Veterans of this war are sadly not given the respect they so deserve. Here in Canada, much is still misunderstood, especially for the some 40,000 young Canadians who stepped up and joined US Forces to fight when Canada as a country wouldn’t, their Veteran status here is unrecognized today. Here’s to those who gave their all, whether they made it home or not.   ~ Pete .

Thanks to ALL our service men and women. Freedom isn't free. Never has been. Never will be.
And a special thanks to those from the VN era who, as Pete alluded to, were historically the least appreciated of all our Vets. Did not know that about the Canadians. I echo the above sentiment: "If you know any Canadian Vets, please give them my thanks."
