Sold 1970 Cortez Silver LS6, M22, 3.31 documented

For Sale, 1970 Cortez Silver LS6, M22, 3.31 posi with all born with drivetrain. Black bucket seat, cowl induction, console 4 speed interior. Documents include; real and original buildsheet, POP Protecto-plate (only the metal tag survived), GM of Canada documents, dealer invoice, original registration card, dealer prep sheet and 9 page inspection report spelling out all major components, numbers and dates.

Frame off restored in 1992. A full follow up detailing was done in 2019 by MuscleCar Restoration and Design. Engine was fully rebuilt and restored at that time as well. Approximately 1200 photos of the detailed updating are also provided.

Legendary Auto Interior seats recovered along with new door panels. New ACC carpet cut in and installed exactly how it was done at the factory. Full gauges. 41,500 original miles.

Engine tear down was documented and shows original Kansas VIN and Tonawanda engine stampings as well and transmission and CRV rear differential. New Gardner Exhaust system installed in 2019 and is installed as per factory and not clamped like most restorations. Correct early assembly line hood. Original GM F41 shocks. Engine has all correct assembly line items such as distributor, starter, PCV valve, alternator, air cleaner, water pump, heads, fuel pump, 604 clutch fan, etc. Complete new rebuilt smog system.
