Bill Parker 4 Speed Frame
Hi Guys, I’m looking to buy a License Plate from Bill Parker 4 Speeds. They were a small muscle car used car lot in California back in the 60-70’s. Looking for single or pair of frames. Any leads much appreciated. Thanks Rob
