I thought 68 was the last year of colored knobs?...Joe

As far as I know 68 was the only year of Chevrolet tulip shaped color keyed lock knobs.

Hey folks
Correct as always...chrome.
The plating was worn off showing faded blackish underneath...green ish I thought.
