It’s fake IMO, You can see the file or sander marks where the 7 is.

- The area around the stamps shows marks and overall less casting grain than the surrounding area suggesting the surface has been worked.
- Although the numbers 7 and 3 appear double stamped / struck, other figures appear irregular including the 1, 0 and 9 which is suspect. - The bottom alignment of the numbers appears uneven. Also suspect. I would pass. |

Looks like a straight line below the numbers where the original numbers were milled off before restamping. If there is a straight line above the numbers caused by milling, that is positive proof it's a fake.
