You are correct Stefano. Only factory tail panels were issued with RS cutout stamped. All over the counter were non RS
Sorry...cannot help you with value though as I've seen them all over the map.

I saw one offered here for $550..(should have bought it)... but have seen them up to $1200-$1500 for sale...don't think they sold for that price though
