looks like a bell crank off a truck or other with the engine close to the frame. good luck figuring it out.

Don't think it is off a big truck from late 60' into the 70's. Maybe a pickup.
Doesn't look thick enough and the arms on the big trucks (C50 and up) are welded all the way around. Hard to tell the scale, but the big truck bell crank is 1.375 inches O.D. and about 5.25 inches long (excluding the stud). Whatever it did fit, I doubt it does now, as it appears to be bent.
