Need all 4 Kastle nuts for a '69 Nova. Not sure where my originals went, nor where the new ones are - if the replacement joints even came with new nuts!

This is exactly why I (normally) don't throw stuff away.
Marlin, I wish I could help, but this time I am certain I threw away all four of those on the Nova subframe I got a few years (ok, a bunch of years) ago. I will look, but am almost certain they are gone.

Marlin -- most "ball joint" kits come with new nuts ... be careful using old items on suspension anyway. TAZ

castle nuts..cotter pins and rear brake plate to rear end are bolted together with copper coated stuff originally on certain assy lines..its corrosion resistant and is assy line...ive taken many orig cars apart and if you clean carefully you can see the copper..i actually found a post somewhere on the 12 bolts in camaros shows the copper nuts on the brake backing plate...i didnt know what to think, and then searched a little and they show up a lot.
i have a bunch that the Leeds workers took home in their pockets or stole or pinched what ever you call it...seems like most assy line guys estate sales have a few of each.. cotter pins are a unique shape and size...i will get a few pics of whats easy to get to.
