Looks nice,,but, at 1700 miles it looks like it has air shocks or rear springs were changed/reworked, sits tall in the rear.

Was it 1700 miles, a quarter mile at a time? I don't know any 1700 mile cars that would need a full frame off unless it was a race car. No mention of original drive train. Beautiful car, will probably go for crazy money.

Ditto that. Nice looking car, but 1,700 miles may as well have been 170,000 miles once it's been restored.

It went for $125,000. That seems strange.

1700 miles doesn't mean jack if it's completely restored. Who cares at that point?

Still sick to my stomach that it sold so cheap had way more than that into it and turned down a lot more money then that prior to consigning! It was one of the best bodied Camaros that I have every owned or seen. 100% rust free and original sheet metal and never hit, original hidden vins and trim tag. As for miles I usually agree it doesn't matter once they are restored but this car retained all of its original interior (except dash pad) and was MINT MINT! Jerry said he had never seen a better original interior, also all the wiring etc under the dash was original and looked like it just rolled off the assembly line. Sure it was restored but its not like it was full of cheap twain crap. Still had all of its original chrome and glass, lights bezels etc. when we striped it you could see all the factory grease markings under the hood and original inspection stamps. All dated correct engine components and trans with original BE rear.

It was an auction and that's the way it goes I knew going in it was risky but thought someone besides Rick Hendricks would appreciate it. It was by far one of the better COPO's to be offered in recent years and was an absolute steal. Im kicking myself for not buying it back. Live and learn I guess
