Tom,

Although this is from a Nova, here is a system for ideas for you to consider. This is an exhaust system that was run by the original owners. I wanted to carefully recreate it as it captured the spirit of the original owners. I was able to save/restore from the original day-two exhaust system the following: Cyclone headers, Cherry Bombs, and exhaust tips. I filled in the rest (pipes and clamps) from local exhaust shop (tips are not shown on this photo due to clearance issues with the lift)....

Get ahold of Schonye and or Donnie White. I bet Ken has taken many Day-2 exhaust systems off those novas he has restored and I bet Donnie has that stuff in stock if he looks hard enough.

Cherry Bomb has new glass packs in red, both straight and angled ends.
SS396er has 2 different set ups on eBay for $300 each...
I am shooting for stuff that is truly authentic and vintage just as you guys would want.

I restored my original c-bombs with their unique part numbers (not found on repros) stamped in them because I can be an anal retentive MF sometimes. By all means - have FUN with it!! What I meant is the 3 of us are quite similar in wanting real deal authentic items on our cars.....

There's only a few true authentic day 2 guys and cars out there...... how you like them is how I like them
