With a 69 Camaro equipped with a AM/FM radio with a fader, was there stenciling (blue???) on the bottom of the rear speaker bracket or was it bare? Also, was there just red font on the magnet portion of the speaker?
Can you identify if any of the speakers below in the last picture were assembly line correct for a AM/FM radio rear speaker set up? Notice they both have the red font and two different styles of brackets. Does anybody have some pictures of the cardboard insulated box that was also used to cover the speaker? ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks once again SYC |

The blue writing is the same as what is on the speaker in my NOS rear speaker kit I recently purchased here on sYc. Below are pics of the cover. I'm not sure if they are the same from production to the kit I have but I would think they are close if not the same.
