Decent quality wheels; I have bought them for as little as $150 and sold them for as much as $500 in similar condition (no broken center cap screws, though).

Thanks for the input Tony,
They are not too banged up, but every wheel does have cap bolts broken off which are a pain in the arse to drill out. |

Since the center cap screws are likely steel, I wouldn't try drilling them without a milling machine and some patience. Just from my experience as a machinist on Navy ships.
