Default Exhaust Manifolds

I am looking for info on the best flowing stock exhaust manifolds for a 350 small block. I am putting a ZZ4 350 in my 1978 9C1 Nova and want to stick with a stock style dual exhaust. Are any of the cast iron manifolds known for better flow. I have heard the ram horn style are the best but I cannot use these due to clearance issues.

----Do people Extrude-Hone anymore??? Even if you get the best ones that fit, you should consider it as the extra inside diameter does help the flow......Bill S
