Default Motor identification Big Block Chevy MW

I have a chance to buy a motor with a block stamp of T0308MW with vin 7N2000654

Can anyone tell me the break down of the above and what car this was for.

Built 8th day of march. Install in a 67 camaro built late 4th or possible early 5th week of March.
396/325 HD 3 or 4 speed.

The VIN has one too many digits. Are you sure on the last digit?

Thanks, so the 7 from the vin is 1967 Camaro correct?
