Default 70 LT-1 carb set up

Hi guys, I have a question about a tab on a 70 Z28 carb throttle
arm. In the picture (C. Lillard's) of Charley's 1100 mile Camaro
there is a tab attached to the bell-crank that the throttle return spring
attaches to. NOT the fixed end at the rear bracket.
My engine is missing that piece. I do not know if it is a LA built only deal
since mine is a NOR car.

How is it attached and where can I get one??????

I've looked thru Holley's info, talked with Eric @ Vintage Muscle Car Parts,
and looked at a variety of online aftermarket warehouses, and dozens of pictures
of Holley carbs online.

Since Charley does not have the car anymore I'm wondering if anyone else has anything
similar or can help in discovery?

Thanks Dicky
