Default 2014 Corvette

Saw my first 2014 Corvette in person today. I was at my mailbox picking up my and my neighbor's mail, and it drove by very slowly, turned into the fire station driveway, made a u-turn and came back out. No mistaking it. It looked better in person than any photos I've yet seen. It looked black in the shade but when the sun hit it was a beautiful metallic green. I think the same green a car magazine did a test on with Tony Stewart driving. It's the color I would get for sure. The only thing I didn't like about it were the what I call dot and dash front daytime running lights. I dislike those type of lights on any car. They just give me the impression of cheapness.

Just saw a new Camaro SS, red, paper plates, outside the gym. Love the new rectangular taillights.

I'd be hard pressed to make a decision between the new 2014 and a 2012-2013 Grand Sport, ZO6, or ZR-1, as I absolutely love the wide body and 5 spokes they have on those C6's.

You can now get the C7 in a widebody with the z06
