Default NOS 69 Chevelle Q-panels

Bought a pair of 69 Chevelle quarterpanels at Jefferson that are a bit unusual.
Maybe one of you guys have run into this before.
Both panels were never stamped with side-marker light holes, and the seller said one of them has a 68 part number, but it definitely is a 69 panel far as I know as it has the vent hole in the door jam area.

Great find.

Nice GM stickers.

How is the project going?

Should be putting floors in this week.

Still would like to get others opinions on the missing side marker holes and different than usual part numbers for a 69 quarter.

I don't know how trustworthy this source is but shows 68 Chevelle SPT CPE for the LH

This came up for the RH part 69 Chevelle SPT CPE

Definitely '69 qtr panels. I've found many NOS parts over the years to be defective in some way or another. I speculate that maybe that is why they never left the shelves. Anywho, the panels look great and it shouldn't be too hard to put in the qtr marker holes.

Thanks Ryan, and thanks Woj for confirming they are `69. I wasn't 100% sure because of the variance in the numbers.

Rick,

I've had numerous NOS parts mislabeled over the years. The lack of marker holes is a poser.
