Default dash pad recommendation

short of finding an NOS dash pad with AIR for a 69 camaro - what is the next best pad to purchase for a high end car?

not to be confused - im still looking for the nos pad with air.....but, im getting to a point i need to make a decision.

Someone said that Jim from heartbeat city now makes a "high quality" dash pad. I don't have any experience with them, but worth looking into.

I think Charley is correct. The new "retooled" pads that are supposed to fit well are only offered in non ac form for now. I also believe they are manufactured by Classic Headquarters. So, shop around. Lots of vendors, only one maker.

Yes Classic HQ has been slowly fulfilling back-orders and new orders on a quality retooled reproduction 1969 Dash Pad. I was lucky enough to be first on the back-order list over at Classic Industries when the first ones came through for them. I am very happy with the quality and fitment. Several others on TC have also posted their satisfaction. If I remember right with Air is NOT available at the Classic HQ website as of yet but maybe call them on release dates.

I used a classic headquarters dash pad in my latest build and it fit
Better than my nos pad I have
