That is what I would call a 'short' Firestone code which, as far as I know, isn't de-codable. The longer, later codes can, at least, be determined by year.

I have 4 NOS Firestone F70-15. Seems like the dates are 1972, but I'd have to dig out the numbers and re-learn how to decode. PM if interested.
