Does anyone know the correct vaccum advance for a 1970 l78? 355 correct? thanks John

Like Sammy (Mr. Day Two) Scardino says: What you need for your 70 L78 is a code M-A-L-L-O-R-Y YC-310 or 465. You won't even remember why you wanted a vacuum advance after you slap one of these puppies in your ride!

Yes...#1115355 advance is correct for your #1112000 distributor.

That is the correct vacuum advance for 1970,but that is for leaded fuel. So you could buy the one for unleaded fuel,if that is what is going to run in it.
