Pretty sure that is Ron Landis from Reading, PA, car is a butternut yellow Yenko from Marshall Chevrolet - I believe it to be the magazine test car. Ron and his brother extensively modified the car, and raced it heavily - perhaps in the Chicago area as well as in PA. Car is rumored to still exist, but hidden away - in basket case condition from sitting in the woods for years.....
